WHO, founded in 2011 as Creative Staffing International, provides IT staffing and recruiting services to the Maryland, DC and Northern Virginia business communities. In early 2015 the company underwent a re-branding to better align their name with the company philosophy and mission. Ditto stresses that WHO was founded with one driving principle, “people matter most”.
