Hackathon: MAGIC hosts a weekend long event that challenges teams of 2-4 students to design, build, and pitch an app in a weekend. Volunteers are needed to mentor students on business, graphic design, tech, and marketing. If you are a professional who is interested in mentoring and coaching students during the competition, let us know. This is a great opportunity for college students to network and for professionals to check out the newest talent about to enter the work force.
Capture the Flag: MAGIC hosts 2 Capture the Flag competitions each year. This is an entry-level cybersecurity competition to introduce high school, college, and nontraditional college students to the world of cybersecurity. If you are a security professional with cyber skills, this is a great chance to mentor and coach the next generation of ethical hackers.
