Carroll Technology and Innovation Council is a membership organization. Everyone who contributes to our work is a member — people learning technology skills, professionals building expertise, businesses investing in their teams, and organizations advancing digital equity across the region. One community, one standing.

Membership is supported by a voluntary contribution. You choose the amount, starting at $1. Every member has the same access.

As a Member, CTIC Extends

  • Priority scheduling for one-on-one appointments with a Digital Navigator.Appointments are open to the public; members are welcomed first.
  • Invitations to education and networking events hosted by CTIC and our partners.Monthly member meetings, roundtable discussions, expert panels, workshops, and social events.
  • Discounts on CTIC events, training, courses, and certification vouchers.Including CompTIA exam vouchers offered at nonprofit education pricing.
  • Access to the Carroll Technology and Innovation LabOur space in Westminster for working, learning, and connecting with the community.

All members may direct their contribution toward a specific CTIC program area at the time of giving.

For Organizations

Businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations contribute to CTIC in support of our mission. Organizational contributions sustain digital skills training, coalition work, and community programming across Carroll County and the region.

All organizational contributors may direct their gift toward a specific program area. Organizations contributing $500 or more are recognized at CTIC events and in our programming materials.
