Easterseals Homeless Veteran Reintegration Program
Easterseals Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program (HVRP) helps veterans experiencing homelessness or those at risk of homelessness build a foundation for finding and keeping long-term employment. We address veterans’ complex needs, help them enroll in local support services, and provide funds for job skills training, equipment, and transportation. Learn about their services.
Services Provided: Employment-focused case management and service coordination
Who They Serve: Veterans experiencing or at-risk of homelessness; Homeless within the last 60 days; Imminent risk of homelessness; Enrolled in HUD-VASH or SSVF RRH; Transitioning from incarceration; Low-income families who are losing their housing
