What a wonderful evening the Carroll Tech Council had on Saturday, November 15th during our Technically Speaking, 10th Anniversary Celebration at the Best Western Hotel & Conference Center.

2014 Community Partner of the Year –
Lynn Wheeler & Carroll County Public Library for their support of the CompuKids program, the Carroll Broadband Symposium and their efforts to bridge the digital divide in the community.
2014 Tech Company of the Year –
Kevin Brown & Quantum Internet & Telephone for their ongoing CTC partnership, CompuKids support, and sponsorship of the Carroll Broadband Symposium.
2014 Techie of the Year –
Gary Ditto of Creative Staffing International, LLC for his unwavering leadership and sharp business acumen that helped CTC to advance in a positive direction over the last year as CTC President.
An additional award the “Carroll Technology Council IMPACT Award” was presented to Josh Kohn of KoHN Creative in recognition to his consistent leadership, inspiration and vision of the CTC.

As the founding President, board member, and creative force behind so many of the CTC programs and community initiatives, Josh has cared for and supported the CTC from the very beginning. Josh makes sure CTC looks professional with sharp marketing materials; he deserves the special IMPACT award given to him.” states Denise Beaver, Deputy Director of the Carroll County Department of Economic Development and CTC Secretary.
