On Sunday, October 26th the Carroll Technology Council awarded an iPad to Kiera Meaghy, a 2nd grader at Friendship Valley Elementary School at the Celebrating America’s Summer Adventure Reading Program Awards Banquet.
This was Kiera’s second year participating in the reading program which is Carroll County Commissioners Office initiative and a partnership with the Carroll County Public Library, Union Mills Homestead, the Carroll County Office of Tourism and the Carroll Technology Council.
