A Wine Auction to benefit our TechKidsTechWorks Programs

 Various bottles of wine will be available for purchase at the auction for $25. Attached to each of these bottles will be a balloon with a slip of paper inside.  Once the wine bottles have all been purchased and during dessert, all the balloons will be popped simultaneously, and winners of the fabulous donated prizes will be revealed!

Option 1- Asiago Breaded Salmon: Asiago Breaded Salmon topped with a Lemon White Wine Cream Sauce

Option 2- Roasted Sirloin: Marinated Sirloin Steak sliced thin featured with a mushroom cabernet demi glaze

Both options served with Smashed Redskin Potatoes and Green Bean Almondine
