Technology doesn’t have to be intimidating. CTIC brings free, hands-on technology classes to Carroll County’s senior and community centers, taught at a comfortable pace in a friendly, judgment-free setting. Whether you’re picking up tech for the first time or ready to build on what you already know, our instructors will meet you where you are and walk you through each step. Bring your own device if you have one, and bring your questions. No experience needed.
