Jack Bayne
CTIC Program and Instruction Coordinator serving Carroll, Frederick, and Baltimore county. He holds a bachelor's degree from McDaniel College where he was also a part of the collegiate baseball team. Working with mainly older adults, Jack can be seen teaching digital skills at senior centers, libraries, or in the CTIC Innovation lab. When he's not teaching, Jack is an avid Baltimore baseball fan, Planet Fitness regular, and dog parent to an Australian Sheppard named Kaia.

Digital Navigator, nature enthusiast, and sometimes artist.
She promotes digital literacy throughout Carroll County by providing digital skills classes and individual training sessions. She is passionate about community building, and can be found at local restaurants, at the park with her family, or at home with a cup of tea and a good book.
