Managing Employees and their Devices
In our ever-connected world, phones and other devices constantly blur the lines between work and home life. In the workplace this can lead to a host of potential issues; on one hand, employees can be easily distracted by social media and constant personal alerts on their phones, reducing productivity. An entirely different set of problems can arise when employees want to use devices to bring work email and platforms home, as they could inadvertently create security issues that compromise business information systems. Our panelists will share personal experiences and advice on how to deal with this relatively new and ever-changing workplace dynamic.
